Our clients originally contacted us about creating additional family space in their large unfinished attic. We LOVE that they allowed us to be creative and to work collaboratively to make these spaces fun and amazing, and truly unique to their family. What a journey - from a dark detached garage to bright and airy hangout where everyone wants to be! 
Our clients envisioned turning their detached second garage into a fun, multi-purpose space for friends and family to enjoy for years to come. We had so much fun together, carefully designing every inch of space to provide a functional purpose, turning each nook from a hobby space by day to a comfortable and relaxing guest suite by night. Showing how even the smallest spaces can make the biggest impact! 

Added: full bathroom, kitchenette, entertainment wall, storage closet, craft/study desk area (desk folds up into the wall), exercise area, murphy bed, storage cabinets, and outdoor sitting area

This 70's lake house was updated to reflect the owner's modern and relaxed entertaining lifestyle

New Hobby Paradise!

This exciting project had two parts: 
First Wendy designed a remodel/finish out for the upstairs area of the existing home to create a new craft room, media room, and half bath for our clients. Previously the area was mainly bonus space, with a small developed game room. 
Wendy also designed a new free standing garage matching the existing home, incorporating space for storing sport equipment, kayaks, and an air conditioned "doggy apartment" with it's own canine entrance and dog wash station.  Everything was perfectly designed to suit this couple's personalities and favorite activities.

New Game Room Addition

Our clients wanted additional living space they could utilize for entertaining and fun family time. Wendy designed a whole new wing for them, creating the space they need and matching the existing exterior style.
