Harbor Lakes Contemporary

This gorgeous home was a treat to design. Our clients found a great fairway lot in Harbor Lakes in Granbury, with a bit of an unusual shape. We were able to work with the lot and create a home that is a showstopper in this golf course community. Sleek and contemporary, yet with a bit of rustic warmth that makes it feel right at home here in the Texas Hill Country. Clerestory windows flanking the living room bring in views of the sky and indirect light, making the space lovely at any time of day. A deep back patio and grilling area capitalize on the golf course view, sunsets, and nearby pond. We designed the kitchen for maximum efficiency for this retired couple to enjoy, including a working pantry tucked right off the kitchen for easy access and zero clutter. A circular flow with the master suite, bathroom, closets and laundry make everyday life a breeze. With space for visiting guests and the perfect backdrop for our clients' contemporary art and furnishings, we are thrilled that our clients love everything here!
