The main living spaces flow so well together, and we planned high clerestory windows above the deep rear patio to keep the interior spaces bright and inviting. The media room right off the living room is ideal for watching the game with guests, and the kitchen also includes a pass thru window for serving grandkids and guests off the open air patio. 

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, plus 2 car garage and 3rd bay shop, features 3038 square feet of living space, 5560 total under roof.

This modern farmhouse feels as fresh and welcoming as the sweet family we designed it for! We love the pops of contrast, providing an edge that feels right at home in the Texas hill country. We loved dreaming up cozy touches like the perfect front porch swing, walk-out patio from the master bedroom, and lots of laundry room storage! 

This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, front porch, rear patio, home office nook, stairs to future space above garage (future family room), and 3 car garage. Total living space - 2674 square feet; Total under roof - 4053 square feet.

Harbor Lakes Contemporary

This gorgeous home was a treat to design. Our clients found a great fairway lot in Harbor Lakes in Granbury, with a bit of an unusual shape. We were able to work with the lot and create a home that is a showstopper in this golf course community. Sleek and contemporary, yet with a bit of rustic warmth that makes it feel right at home here in the Texas Hill Country. Clerestory windows flanking the living room bring in views of the sky and indirect light, making the space lovely at any time of day. A deep back patio and grilling area capitalize on the golf course view, sunsets, and nearby pond. We designed the kitchen for maximum efficiency for this retired couple to enjoy, including a working pantry tucked right off the kitchen for easy access and zero clutter. A circular flow with the master suite, bathroom, closets and laundry make everyday life a breeze. With space for visiting guests and the perfect backdrop for our clients' contemporary art and furnishings, we are thrilled that our clients love everything here!

Fairview French Villa

This lovely French-inspired villa features copper turrets and a grand front entry. Two matching sets of 4-car garages create a center courtyard space, leading up to the cast stone entrance. But this house is not all glitz, it's home to an active family with young boys! We loved designing cool spaces for them all to enjoy, taking advantage of the fun useable interior space in each turret for rooms like the gym, a semi circle shower, and the boy's homework/gaming loft. We designed space for an interior elevator for easy second floor access, as well as the showstopper front entry double staircase. With space for work and play, we enjoyed every moment helping this amazing family create their dream home!

Historic Four Square

This new four square is located in Fort Worth's historic Fairmount neighborhood.  It was custom designed to seamlessly integrate into the surrounding neighborhood and includes a detached garage with future space upstairs for studio.

Hillside Contemporary

This gorgeous contemporary craftsman family home is a total surprise when you walk in the door. Everything from LED lit walls, to a unique sunken den, to a master sitting area in the treetops...this house is a stunner! We loved getting to embrace our clients contemporary tastes and really have some fun with this plan. And the final product is a fresh, airy delight!

Sunset View Lake House

Contemporary Mediterranean

This contemporary Mediterranean in Southlake was designed according to our client's tastes, with Vastu requirements in mind. This home includes a frontal grand entry with split staircase, as well as a decorative rear stair with loft overlooks. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, there is space for everyone! A useful spice kitchen is tucked away beside the main kitchen area, as well as a spacious media room with bar tucked under the stairs. We loved designing unique storage and built-ins for these wonderful clients, including a secret pass through from the master closet to the laundry room.
